Terms & Conditions – hijau88 Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hijau88 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at hijau88.club. 3. Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the hijau88 platform. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the hijau88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). hijau88 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian players, including FPX online banking (covering Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and others), Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, and direct bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed at the time of the transaction. Deposits made via FPX and supported e-wallets are credited to the player's hijau88 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed by hijau88 within the timeframes stated in the Cashier section of the platform, subject to completion of the KYC verification process. hijau88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods that are registered in the player's own name. hijau88 does not accept third-party payments and will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Chargebacks, payment disputes, or any attempts to reverse legitimate transactions are prohibited. hijau88 reserves the right to close accounts and withhold funds pending investigation in the event of a chargeback dispute initiated by the player.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

hijau88 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to these general Terms and any additional terms specific to the individual promotion, which will be made available at the time the offer is presented.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.

7. Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activities, including the use of stolen payment credentials
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude hijau88's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

hijau88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where a material change is made, hijau88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on record or through an on-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision will be reflected in the "Last updated" notice in the document header.

Your continued use of the hijau88 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting the hijau88 support team.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
